Florence L. Wandisan-Rosete, MD
Dr. Wandisan-Rosete is a board-certified internal medicine specialist and one of the partners at Wandisan & Rosete Medical Group in Tracy, California.
She earned her medical degree from the Far Eastern University in the Philippines. She completed her residency training in internal medicine at Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown, New Jersey, and back in the Philippines at Veterans Memorial Center. Since completing her training, she became board-certified in internal medicine and keeps up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field.
She performs many of today’s innovative aesthetic procedures, and also helps patients learn to live a healthy lifestyle with personalized weight loss plans. She offers women’s wellness exams and annual physical exams, taking the time to answer each patient’s questions thoroughly and comprehensively.
She goes above and beyond to make sure that patients are confident in themselves and the care that they receive. She welcomes patients from all walks of life and speaks fluent English, Spanish, Tagalog, and Ilocano.

Dr. Rollie D. Rosete, MD, MBA
Dr. Rosete is a board-certified internal medicine specialist and one of the partners at Wandisan & Rosete Medical Group in Tracy, California. He and his wife, Dr. Florence Wandisan-Rosete, have operated their private practice since 2002.
Patients trust him to administer their annual check-ups, perform minor surgeries like mole and skin tag removal, and help them lose weight safely and effectively.
Dr. Rosete completed his medical education at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, the capital city of the Philippines. After graduating from the university’s Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, he moved to California to complete his residency in internal medicine at Los Angeles County + USC Medical Center in the Montecito Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. He also holds an MBA in healthcare from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
At Wandisan & Rosete Medical Group, Dr. Rosete strives to help his patients achieve holistic wellness of the mind and body. He now offers popular aesthetic services in addition to clinical care to boost his patients’ confidence.
When he isn’t educating patients about their treatment options or performing in-office procedures, Dr. Rosete enjoys spending quality time with his two lovely children. He and his wife enjoy taking their family on international trips to see interesting landmarks and fascinating places.
